Order Adjustments & Cancellations

Once an order begins processing, modifications, cancellations, or combining multiple orders may not be possible. If you need to make changes, email us immediately at support@slightscents.com, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

1. Report the issue as soon as possible and no later than 1 week after receiving the package. Email us at support@slightscents.com. You'll be assigned a ticket number and one of our representatives will respond within 2 business days.

2. Include clear photos of the damage or incorrect item along with your order number and a description of the issue.

3. We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund based on the circumstances. Damaged or defective items may require return shipping, which we will coordinate with you if needed.

We are committed to resolving these issues promptly to ensure your satisfaction!

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for any reason, as long as the item is new, unused, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We currently do not offer exchanges.

How to Return an Item:

1. Request a Return: Email us at support@slightscents.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Check Eligibility: Ensure the item is in new and unused condition. Partially used candles, wax melts with melted wax, or damaged goods will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will not be returned to the sender.

3. Ship Your Return:

  • Securely package the item.
  • Include a note inside the package with your RMA number.

(Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is safely delivered.)

4. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process approved refunds or exchanges within 7 business days. Refunds do not include return shipping fees.
